Delivery Of Your Tickets

Your tickets are automatically generated after full payment. Your ticket along with transfer or tour information and a payment receipt is emailed to the email address you specified during the purchase.

This ticket is used as your travel document for all services.

If you do not receive this email after payment please check your junk or spam folder and then contact us directly via WhatsApp or Email from our contact page.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellation and refund ( minus bank charges) is allowed and must be made no later than 24 hours before the trip or tour.
  • Date change allowed free of charge 24 hour before Trip or Tour subject to availability
  • Customers are entitled to a refund ( Minus Bank Charges) or to change the trip’s date free of charge if the boat transfer or tour is cancelled by the boat company on the day of travel due to bad weather.
  • No refunds are provided for customer “no show” for all transfers or tours.
  • In case of overbooking by boat company, customers will be offered the next available boat transfer or tour option for that day with another company.
  • Booking confirmations are not available between 22.00 and 07.00 for next day travel.
